Pitsford Parish Council follows the model financial regulations published by NCALC (Northamptonshire County Association for Local Councils) (see Policies page). The Council sets an annual budget in November for the following financial year and set a precept in January (the element of your council tax paid to the Parish Council).  The Council is obliged to undergo an annual internal and extern audit. Our auditors are appointed by NCALC – the internal audit is completed by Fiona Young in May/June and the external audit by PKF Littlejohn LLP in August/September. Notice of dates for the public’s right to inspect is published below.
